Common questions
jKey does not appear when I tap the globe key.
Check that it is added: open Settings, then General, Keyboard, Keyboards. If jKey is listed, press and hold the globe key and choose jKey from the list.
My snippets or settings are not showing in the keyboard.
Turn on Allow Full Access in Settings, General, Keyboard, Keyboards, jKey. Without it, iOS keeps the keyboard separate from the jKey app, so it cannot read what you set up there.
VoiceOver reads too much, or too little, while I type.
Open the jKey app and adjust the Announcements settings, including how many suggestions VoiceOver announces. They apply to every key, cluster and suggestion.
How do I switch back to my usual keyboard?
Tap the globe key to cycle keyboards, or press and hold it and choose one.
Is jKey available on Mac?
No. jKey is for iPhone and iPad.
