Which apps does Doxie Media make?

We build accessible apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac: jKey (accessible keyboard), PetalFeed (RSS reader), Blind Racer (audio racing game) and One Pitch Baseball (baseball manager). Every one is designed VoiceOver-first.

How do I report a bug?

Use the form above and choose “Bug Report”, or email support@doxiemedia.com. Please include your device, your iOS or macOS version, the app version, and the steps to reproduce it.

How do I request a feature?

We love feedback. Pick “Feature Request” above (or email us), tell us which app, and describe what you would like it to do.

Do your apps work with VoiceOver?

Yes. Every Doxie Media app is designed and tested with VoiceOver from the start. Each app page lists its accessibility features in detail.

How do I get help with a purchase or refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For anything else about your purchase, contact us and we will help.
