Our commitment
Doxie Media builds for blind and low-vision people first. Every app is designed and tested with VoiceOver from the start, and this website is held to the same standard.
This website
doxie.media conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
How we check
Every time the site changes, an automated test suite scans every page with axe-core against WCAG 2.2 AA on desktop and mobile, and checks reflow at 320 pixels wide, increased text spacing, target sizes, keyboard focus, page titles and form errors.
What you can expect
- A skip link to the main content on every page.
- When you move to a new page, focus moves to its content and the new page is announced.
- A visible focus indicator, and a layout that holds up at 320 pixels wide and 200% zoom.
- Form errors described in text, not by colour alone, with focus moved to the problem.
- Descriptive alt text on screenshots, and a written description of every video.
- No cookies, no autoplaying media, and motion reduced when you ask for it.

Tell us about a barrier
We do not know of any barriers on this site, but if you find one, in the site or in one of our apps, please tell us. Email support@doxiemedia.com or use the support form and choose “An accessibility barrier is stopping me”. We reply to most requests within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
