What this website collects

Information you send us

The contact and support forms do not send anything by themselves: they open your email app with a message ready to send. If you send it, or email us directly, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write.

Visit statistics

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not follow you across other websites. It records the page you visited, the site that referred you, your browser, operating system, device type and country. To count unique visitors without cookies it uses a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day; your IP address itself is not stored. We also count clicks on App Store badges, to learn which pages lead people to our apps.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify processes your IP address and the details of each request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies and does not store anything in your browser.

How we use information

• To reply to messages and support requests.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages people find useful.
• To keep the website running and secure.

We never sell or rent information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Netlify, which hosts the website.
• Plausible Analytics, which counts visits as described above.
• Our email provider, which delivers the messages you send us.
• Authorities, only if the law requires it.

Security and retention

The site is served only over HTTPS. We keep your emails for as long as we need them to help you, then delete them. Visit statistics are aggregate and contain no personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@doxiemedia.com.

Links to other sites

App Store badges take you to Apple, and other links may take you to third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
